Re: Something pretty awsome this way comes...
IMDB has a thread set up for it already :-
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1219817/
I think the original plan was to do Sourcery next but Vadim announced that GP was going to be done next at the COM premier there is also an unconfirmed(afaiaa) rumour that they may film Making Money back to back with GP as they contain a lot of the same characters that would also use similar settings.
Where are we going and why am i in this handbasket?...
...Oh! always try to look on the bright side...
... Um anybody got any marshmellows.?
Re: Something pretty awsome this way comes...
lookin gforward to that, although i think it might have been interesting to see some other storiest first. Making Money and Going Postal are already quite advanced stories I think

Re: Something pretty awsome this way comes...
i hope they dont show them both back to back or on consecutive days because i thought that a bit of time had passed between the books
not very much time actually but if you know the character of moist very well then you understand he lives very very fast and a lot happens in a short period of time for him.
so hopefully they will make people wait a short while for the Making Money part rather than showing it straight after like the colour of magic and the light fantastic that were shown together.
also i dont have a clue who could play moist von lipwig... Jim Carrey? David Tennant? John Simm? i doubt its any of these as they are too high budget, well maybe not jim carey but the other two are the best method actors about at the moment.

I think I would have liked to see a Vimes story before Lipwig, but thinking about it, maybe Going Postal would work better with visuals

And casting-wise, in a money irrelevant world I would love to see Cate Blanchett as Dearheart, I don;t really know why, I just get the feeling she'd be excellent at it... hmm who should play stanley
