i really dont approve of blonde vetinari. i'm sure charles dance is perfect for the role, but the hair colour.... and i dont like the golems much, either. but apart from that it looks interesting. does anyone know when it's going to air?

Nobody seems to know the date of airing it hand been thought it was going to be this weekend but now seems likely to be sometime in may according to pTerry.

I was also surprised at a blond dogbotherer but from the brief bit a saw on set i think Charles Dance will give a good performance his Vetinari stare could chill all the way across a crowded square. All the performances i saw made me think this is going to be another good one tho unhappily i did not get to see the guy who is playing me as he was not on set the days i was so that is an interesting experience to come which may me rave or rave in different ways

Is it tv or a film?

Its "filmed" in HD for skys HD channel and should like Hogfather and Colour of magic eventually come out on DVD and Bluray so it will be done to cinema quality resolution but be two 2 hour episodes on TV with ads or a 3 and bit hours on disc or at least that is my understanding at the moment.

I loved the previous films. Especially Hogswatch was great.

hogfather was great, but i didnt like colour of magic quite as much and the going postal trailer... well, let's just say the movie had better be better than the trailer.... still, i will watch it once i get my hands on it of course.
